How can you say healthy when you are using that dry soup packet and the Campbell soup…read the ingredients…if you can even pronounce them and go online and search out what they are…That is anything but healthy!

It probably tastes good but it is seriously bad for your health

Do you bake it uncovered? Or should it be covered with foil while it cooks?

If I'm going to cook it myself I'm not going to use canned onion soup and packaged dry soup mix. Thanks anyway.

    160 C = 320 F

At 2 hours, that seems like an awfully high temp to cook chicken, even with all the liquid and rice. A typical chicken dish is done in thirty minutes or so at 350 F. Also, covered, or uncovered?
