    Regarding this recipe – this can be had as a filling meal for those on a Keto diet! You can also add some freshly ground black pepper powder towards the end but reduce green chilies if adding. Feel free to use fresh seasonal veggies of your choice. This stir fry can also be served as a side dish. Enjoy your Sunday! Love and hugs ❤️❤️

    i just boil brocoli, mushroom, bell pepper green , yellow and red and some spinach and quinoa , chia seeds , flax seeds and seesame seeds and just add a lemon in it and eat this in dinner

    Very simple and practical receipe. One doubt, adding vinegar to cast iron is fine? When I cook in my Lodge cast iron vegetables become black. How can I prevent it? Hope you can help me. Thank you Nisha ji.

    I am just starting out on my journey of healthy cooking, it would be great if you let me know if stainless steel utensils with 18/10 and 18/8 marking are safe for cooking?
    I have also bought iron tawas and a kadhai.
