Lauren!! I wanna make this for Christmas morning. BUT I also want to SLEEP and RELAX on Christmas morning. 😉 How well do you think it'd hold up if I made it a day or two in advance?

I watched this thinking, breakfast lasagne…whatever. Let me just take a look. By the end, I was drooling. I stand corrected. It’s brilliant. Lol. I wanna try and make the vegan cheese though because I really dislike daiya and most store brands for that matter. Thanks Lauren, you’re amazing!

This is so amazing. I used soyrizo and it was so perfect. Like a diner meal I made at home. My family loved it and my omni dad begged to take the 1 leftover for work tomorrow. You could sell this at a restaraunt mmMmm

Let me just say at 10pm…holy shit was this good. I didn't have black salt, but used the vegg instead. Worked perfectly. Don't forget a little crushed red pepper. Phenomenal… With all that being said, probably not the most healthy of options with, fake meat and fake cheese. Still worthy as a treat from time to time. Enjoy plant killas

All of this only makes an 8 by 8 dish? That means no leftovers unless I double it and use a 9 by 13. I need help now to cook as my hands are crippled and I need to make meals that are going to give me more than a couple or three. I used to love the kale salad show and never missed it until one of them told me off! I'm definitely going to make this lasagna and double the recipe! 🙂

This looks awesome 😁 I'm guessing the sausage has gluten or corn in the ingredients. Is there something equally delicious I would be able to sub?

This reminds me of Edgar's breakfast lasagna on the show You're the Worst – it's a running joke that he always makes it for a girl that loves it, now I can make my own! 🙂
