Ingredients

  • One tablespoon of natural honey.
  • 2 tablespoonful of fat free dry milk.
  • One tablespoonful of toasted wheat germ.
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 0.5 cup of orange juice.
  • 0.75 low fat yoghurt.
  • One 0.25 cups berries.

Instructions

  1. Add all the above ingredients in a blender then blend until it becomes smooth. Make two servings.
