That's a process of mixing, but it's not bread machine rolls – you put them in the oven.

Made these today and they are delicious! They remind me of the rolls from Logans Roadhouse. The bread machine makes them so easy.

I appreciate the video and the time you took but next time speed it up and at least show the end product.

Cynthia, So far all the bread I have made in my bread machine ends up very heavy, dense, "brittle" (as in not fluffy or stretchy) and sunken. That is exactly following the recipes that came with the machine. So much for that Idea. There is no place near here that sells Bridgeport frozen bread dough or dinner rolls dough, so that Idea is out too. Admittedly, I am not a baker, but I would love to get the taste and texture of the bread my grandmother used to make. I hope to try your recipe next. Wish me luck!

I'm pissed! Looks like a good recipe, thank you, but wanted to see you open up the finished product so that we can see what they look like inside.

Wheat Montana flour is non-GMO, 25% cheaper than King Arthur flour and tastes better, in my opinion.

I just love those rolls, and agree with you that they are the best out there.  I was wondering if you have some recipes for bread that you can provide that you make the dough in the machine, but actually bake in your oven.  I find baking the bread in the machine, makes it really dry and dense, so I have just been making your rolls, but would love a recipe for bread.  Would you use the same recipe for bread, and then just shape into a loaf and bake in the oven?

Hey, just wondering what else the dough could be used for if shaped differently 🤔

Can I make these and freeze? If so, what is the procedure for warming them?
