    U should stop drinking tht protein dust, it's not good for ur health its chemistry n makes u fat. Cause u already put on weight. Watch ur video 1,5 year ago u was looking better

    It's better to soak chia seeds in a cup of water for a little bit before adding them to your smoothie because chia seeds do retain water and develop a gel around the actual seed when soaked. Soaking them is a way of helping hydrate our bodies.  Our bodies can strip the liquid from the chia seeds when needed throughout the digestive process.  Think of it like a back up source of  fluid. Plus this help us absorb more of their nutritional benefits. So next time when you find yourself thinking of adding a little bit of this super food into your smoothie, don't forget to soak it in water first! 🙂

    Creatine builds nothing but water muscle. Taking those supplements does make you bigger….but it's not healthy ! And, it will not last long !
