    Under rated, competent video, the recipe is as clarified as the brushed butter. The litti is an amazing snack, but our parvenu foodies will sniff, as with all other things Bihari. Until, of course, it is discovered, patented and given sanctioned by some multinational chain with a grizzled white [wo]man on the logo.
