    can i substitute the whey protein for anything else i don't buy supplements or whey is just to expensive i rather eat regular foods. any suggestion buff dudes or anyone.

    I agree the texture and the flavor was "wet cement"…… I used peanut butter Quest protein powder, I did have to stir manually, MUCH better flavor and texture add a little grape nuts or fruit and its great.  I tried the recipe as the do it and added a drizzle of honey it a lot tastier.  Thanks Buff Dudes!

    I have a question, you guys are using dry Oates yes? Or did you cook them before adding them to the jar? I guess I'm not understanding how they'll turn from dry to edible. Or is this a more of a granola texture?

    What would you recommend for the lactose intolerant as a replacement for yogurt? I love peanut butter or nutella but, the latter isn't too healthy.
