make use of banana pepper for making srirache sauce (use for bufalo wings) green of red will do. chop pepper + garlic + a little vinegar, boil to soften the garlic then blend..strain, the sediments can be store and can be used in other recipe. The puree will serve as sriracha.

Your entire garden looks amazing. Your own produce section. That's what I want to do on my front second story porch which is surrounded by giant windows and light.

Be careful with tomatoes. The skin and the seeds are both toxic and we are supposed to separate the seeds from the tomatoes and peel the skin.

For spider mites, I would recommend mixing two tablespoons of pink Himalayan Salt with one gallon of warm water.

Beautiful!!! Loved this video, you guys get me so excited for gardening. And what a bountiful harvest for you, yum! In regards to the pest control (darn rats), we've got them here as well (northern az), have you tried making a spray with crushed cayenne pepper? When you wrap the tomatoes up, do you run the risk of them not getting enough sun? Or do you use a sack of sort that's somewhat transparent? Peace and love to you and your garden family ❤

Kim, your garden looks good. We have a major raccoon problem, so I need to research how to keep them away. We have a very short growing season here in Illinois. Will be starting seed soon.
