    Hello,
I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I live in a remote area of Montana at a very high elevation. My grocery market is over two hours away. No matter what I do I can’t get fresh produce to last more than two days at this elevation. They rot so quickly. Any advice as to how I can maintain a vegan diet with limited access to fresh produce? There are times I can’t even leave town due to road closures from snowfall. Please help!
