My mom is from India and actually she is Gujarati, your recipe is good but authentic bhelpuri don't have mango ,tomatoes, and chole, the green chutney has gaathiya with coriander, mint garlic, jeera, and green chilies with lemon juice in it and salt.i understand many people don't eat garlic ,date and tamarind chutney, green chutney, onions, and boiled potatoes that's how it is served in restaurant but of course variations may occur ,good recipe thanks.

This looks great. We at home love and tried many of your recipes. It feels great to see someone from south gujarat is sharing these cooking art. Recipes are so close to taste that we used to back in India with ingredients available in NA. Thank you for doing that. Can you please share recipe for Pani Puri?

Hi Bhavna, I had this not long ago in a restaurant and although it might not be authentic, they added avocado to it and it was also delicious! I was looking for a recipe to make at home. I'll try yours! Thank you!
