    Wow where were you?I had tried so many diet plans but cd nt succeed as was not able to leave Rotis and left all those plans on the 1st or 2nd day itself .I m ur fan for lifetime.ur plans are so realistic.Just 1 question I m 45and my weight is stagnant though I m active .I walk a lot.will I be able to lose 15 kgs
