    Saute 5-10 minutes per side??? That's a recipe for salmonella poisoning. Maybe if you hammer out and flatten the chicken to 1/2" thick, but certainly not as the video shows it.

    ya know when i do lemon on meat, i use the zest of and the juice i use only if needed. which is rare because the zest has so much lemon flavor it isn't needed . it does however make a wonderful drink for the cook or cook's helper . thank you. hehehe…..

    To anyone who actually plans on following this recipe, enjoy your bland, pan fried whole chicken breast thats burnt on the outside, still raw on the inside and swimming in lemon juice!
