    Quinoa is the biggest “superfoods” con, not that good for you at all, bad for your digestive tract can cause many unpleasant issues, and on top of that it’s tasteless you can make up your own concoctions because everything else has flavor but that grain quinoa. This dish looks like glue and that’s why it’s not good for you,do your research, it was hyped up to make certain people rich like cookbook authors.If you must have it use your own imagination it’s a bland ,tasteless blank canvas.🤢
