Scallops sautéed in creamy butter and garlic, then once fragrant taken to a platter to pour extra lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper over scallops to serve.
Try vodka reduction with butter and tap some smoked paprika on after they are plated. Spoon sauce on first then paprika. High heat 3 min on one side 2 min on other. Pat dry before cooking. Your welcome

Scallops only need to cook for a FEW minutes…. those might be overdone.

My opinion. Sear the scallops first then add butter and garlic towards the end so the garlic and butter won't look and taste burnt.
