    Let’s not forget the recipes they cook or demonstrate is submitted by users, not their own recipes.

    However, 10 minutes each side? More like 3-5 unless they are like 1.5 inches thick!

    Looks like a great sauce. I might gently echo the consensus here and disagree with the amount of time. I could see that if it was one of the thick-cuts which I'm definitely not seeing here. I'll personally reduce the time as needed but that sauce looks tasty.
