    Great recipe, tastes very good. I left out the peanuts though the first time I made it. Second time I put in some finely chopped spring onions and some sweet soy sauce. Great way to finish it off is to put in (stir in real quick) a raw egg. It will be absorbed by the rice and just gives it an awesome extra flavor. It's a good recipe to experiment with!

    i have made this before, but i cooked my grated carrots with jasmine rice, i also added grated zucchini. i think next time i`ll add some grated onion to bring out more of the flavor!!

    I'm using Youtube app, and the recipe link doesn't work. Other links are blue, but the recipe link is black. When I touch it, it doesn't lead me to the Allrecipes web page.
