as to the coment below, i tried making a small batch of toffee and the butter seperated from the sugar and it was a flop…this happened with the 2 batches I made….what am I doing wrong ?
I think I had a heart attack watching this vid… so much butter yum but my cholesterol is too high already 🙁 And no wiping chocolate off with towel! That’s what the tongue is for lol
I loved this video and can not wait to make this, although, I will make it with organic ingredients and use parchment paper instead of aluminum foil. There should not be any difference in the taste nor procedures just changing the ingredients to organic ones. Thanks so much for this video, it was absolutely a wonderful experience watching how you do this and I thank you for sharing your recipe!! Blessings!!!!!

Lol! I'd still have to wait about 2 weeks before I'd be able to eat solids again! I'm hoping to last 40 days & nights like I did my last juice fast that ended Jan 5th 2018! I’ve made this exact recipe practically every year since birth. I always make it in a large cast-iron skillet. I see so many toffee recipes have water in them. I’m not sure why.
