    I actually eat this for breakfast, minus the egg coz I'm allergic. But I didn't know that dashi was used in traditional miso.

    Reminds me of breakfast when I was in Japan. The folks I stayed with alway had sausage and grapes along with these.

    Will try it 4 sure👍, but you must not use plastic for hot or boiling water. Use glass or stainless steel bowls.
