    Is it ok to eat chana/ rajma during night time? Won't they cause any indigestion?

    mam please review my diet plan and suggest me
    breakfast uttpam/besan cheela/upma/sprouts/oats/poha with one glass milk
    lunch-rotis-2 with sabzi and some salad
    dinner-2 boiled eggs and one glass milk
