    Want more info, just Google it. Thx. I do you like your recipes, but the coconut oil should be replaced with something else. Olive oil is liquid at room temperature, that’s what does NOT clog up your arteries.

    You can use coconut sugar too. Very tasty and low glycemic and natural. Also most stevias are not natural, they are highly processed. Unless you get the ground up green stevia leaf it's been highly processed and sometimes mixed with artificial ingredients. Also you can use apple cider vinegar instead of the baking soda and Celtic salt or another whole salt instead of kosher salt which is refined. If you are going natural you should probably look for the best and healthiest ingredients you can find.

    I doubled the recipe but mine came out soggy even after I let them cool (over night) still pretty delicious but any suggestions to make them less soggy?

    I love these! I tried three of your recipes today! I made these the lemon blueberry muffins and the apple cinnamon raisins with protein! I love them all! These are super yummy! Finally a cookie you don't have to feel guilty about eating! Thanks so much!
