Eggs?! Somehow I thought you were vegan 🙁 (I guess since your recipies are mainly and you use vegan milk, protein, etc..) so I'm a bit disapointed, although you do have great recipies.

I really really like baking (and eating baked goods), but I'm trying to stay healthy, so I've been trying to avoid sugar. Most "healthy" recipes I find call for a lot of coconut sugar, though. Is this okay to have at least sometimes?

It doesn't bother me much, but I thought this was a vegan channel so the eggs surprised me, but do you use meat in any of your videos? Sorry, I'm a newer subscriber so I don't know if you've mentioned it or not before 🙂

okay so if you can use flax eggs then why on earth would you use hens eggs? have you even the slightest idea of the corrupt industry you're funding?

I really want to try the coffee cake but I don't have quinoa or chickpea flour. Could I sub oat or additional almond flour? I do have tapioca flour as well. Thanks! My daughter and I just had your chocolate chia pudding this morning for breakfast and I can't wait to try peanut butter parfait!

thanks for the recipes! want to try the muffin first, i use quinoa flour once by blending it to flour, but taste strange or little bitter can't remember. I can't find quinoa flour at the moment where i live, did you ever blend your own quinoa flour for baking?
