    So I just went vegan and I’m doing it for about a month because I want to get in shape for gymnastics season and I’m making dinner tonight for my mom and sister since my dads out of town but it’s hard being vegan when your in a meat loving family and in all honesty I thought I’d just eat carbs but I’m not and it’s not nearly as hard as I thought it’d be accept for when my friends offer me brownies during lunch at school 😂 but thanks so much for this video the fried rice was amazing

    Being vegan changed my life – I was diagnosed with diabetes two years ago and I went low carb. I lost from 217 to 188 in less than 3 months; however, my weightloss stopped, and I remained at 188 pounds. A month ago, I tried a vegan diet and I lost a pound a week (I'm not 184). My lab results shows my insulin levels are stable and my thyroid is functioning normal. My skin looks smoother! I haven't craved the sweets and even the diet soda since I went Vegan. My mom, my sister and my stepdad are all reaping the benefits of eating vegan as well. I'm Vegan for life! Thanks for giving me ideas for new dishes!

    Hey girl, I just made the Fried Rice and I am obsessed with how easy and fast it was to make and how filling it was! <3 love your channel. I’ve definitely been trying a lot of your at home recipes you’ve shown on your YouTube and it’s actually helping me eat a lot more better and for that I thank you:)

    One of my goals for 2018 is to be vegan for 1 month. I started last weekend and struggled a tiny bit this week. But then I came across your videos. I tried your tofu + turmeric scrambled "eggs" recipe and LOVED it. And now, I'm just binge watching your vegan videos, eager to try more of your recipes. I swear you make eating vegan food look fun, tasty, and the furthest thing from boring. I might even become permanently vegan because of you. 💜
