For some reason there is a green screen from 24:2425:02, keep watching, it comes back on. Not sure what happened! I think sometimes my editing software does that when I make a super long video. I have no idea 😂😂 Thank you for watching!!

I’ve always been told that once fruit goes moldy, you want to toss everything it’s been in contact with because the spores are so tiny and infect everything

If you put the cut up cucumbers in a bowl filled with water they will last 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

It'd probably be a good idea if you washed your hands before handling the jars of oil, etc., so you don't spread e-coli or salmonella if there is any in the meat. Better safe than sorry!

    Thanks for the informative video.

Potatoes are not part of Keto. I'm not sure why this is not brought up in comments or the video. What do you all use instead? Would Daikon radish make a good substitute or something else?
Also ready made shredded cheese has carbs. I suggest shedding block cheese with a food processor. Plastic wrap the open end of the top portion of the processor so you don't have to clean the top portion of the processor container.

A little bit of vinegar or concentrated lemon juice works both equally well, because they are BOTH a weak acid, killing germs.

Plus the vitamin C in the lemon juice also helps preserve food longer, & prevents foods like sliced apples or avocados from oxidizing (& turning brown because the air hits them!) after slicing.

    And it tastes good, too!!

I love your meal preps. Lots of inspiration. I don't have time to meal prep on the weekend, so I just make double what we are having for dinner each night instead. We then use the leftovers for lunch during the week and for meals when the kids come home from school. I have 3 teenagers so when they get home, they want full meals. This helps tremendously, especially if I'm still at work. They can pull something out and heat it up. TFS!!
