When at beginning you 2 girls were dancing, it was almost scarey. Like a couple of marionette dolls dancing to that crazy song . Rediculously funny, haha

Why can’t you have a little oil or salt? Salt is not bad for the body and oil isn’t going to kill you

Pasta with few spoons of tomato sauce – it isn't even proper meal for me, but it's something about 2000kcal I guess. 250-300g of pasta is enough for me for one meal, I love pasta, but I'm not able to eat that much for once. So, I'm not extremely active, I run two-three times a week, and my needs are about 2200-2400kcal, so I can eat this and be full and still under my needs, so I can lose weight. She is very active – everyday bike riding, squats etc. She probably needs more than 3000kcal just for maintain her weight. Maybe even 3500. She eats a lot of fiber, so her digestion is probably realy fast. Also her metabolism is probably better than someone's who isn't active like she is. That means she can eat in one day 500g of pasta and for example 14 bananas or huge amount of other fruits and stay so thin. She doesn't count calories, so maybe sometimes she eats even more, but sometimes she can eat less. It works for her, but will not for everyone.

Has she ever made a transition video? I’m used to eating “small” amounts. I’m new to veganism, but even I can’t eat all that like they say. I don’t agree with everything she says, and sometimes I wonder where she reads info that she doesn’t show (like protein) I know the differences between science and pseudo science is touchy and a big deal, but sometimes I find myself noticing the difference vegans are presenting and when they are asked for evidence they get defensive which is characteristics. I believe proteins healthy. I believe you can get nutrition from vitamins you normally get from meat that vegans say isn’t needed. The question is, what should you believe on the Internet? Do you really need to eat ALL that food? Or do you need to exercise to keep from getting fat? Rhetorical questions, more just for thought,
