Love that you showed how you put the paper towels on the pan to drain the juice from the fish. That had me stumped when I cooked salmon tonight lol

I have that same salad spinner. I’ve never thought to use it in that manner. I’ve only used it for washing lettuce and radishes for salads. Thanks for the inspiration!!

Dinner or supper is all the same to me. Lol. Growing up it was always called supper. Now that I'm older I usually call it dinner. But I guess it depends on my mood or what we are having to eat. Loved all those recipes!!! Can't wait to try them. Also where did you get your pink shirt from. The one you wore the pink tank top under. I absolutely love it. Keep the amazing videos coming. I'm trying to catch up on your videos. I'm a little behind with all my you tube videos.

Jen, I left you a comment about 2 weeks ago but wanted to say I have been watching you ever since that weight loss surgery video. I am a little jealous of your kitchen just saying. Lol You are a very good cook and cooking has really turned into a passion for me. Also, baking is where it started then I decided cooking was just as fun if not more fun. There are too many rules in baking I think but that is just my opinion. I also live in the South and it gets very hot during the Summer here so you kind of want to not turn on the oven too much. We love our Cajun food but I like to try all kinds. I just wanted to say hi and I can totally see how much you also love cooking and you are just a lot of fun to watch. You are a very hard worker and a great Mother and I don't know how you do it all but you do and you seem to do it very well. Thank you for all the hard work you put into videos and the recipes you share.———Tressa Daigle

You need to try Chrissy Tiegen’s smashed potatoes, they are amazing. They use those small potatoes which is what reminded me. They are my favourite way of eating potatoes.

Love these ideas! In Australia dinner is the main evening meal and supper is a snack later. Not dessert but something before bed.

If you want another tilapia recipe. My favourite is mix mayo and worcestershire sauce. Coat the top of the tilapia with it generously and then season with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle green onions and then bake. I spray tin foil then put the fish on top. 😊👌🏼

From NYC. We never used supper. Our meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Growing up our dinner was ready around 4pm. As kids got when we got home, dinner was ready for us. Now that we are all working adults, and life seems more hectic, dinner is usually 6 or 7. If I'm home I cook dinner early as none of us like to eat late. So, dinner target time is 5ish, sometimes earlier, and if we get hungry a little later we will have a snack, or a cup of coffee.

As a child we called it dinner. Theses days the same.

We can find broccolini but it's exorbitant in price so I refuse to buy it. Why pay $5 for that?? Broccoli tastes just as sweet to me.

Your hair looks so good the way you had it up in the beginning. Also, do you ever clean out your Rachel Ray EVOO dispenser when you refill it? Just wondering because I have had mine about a year and I have not ever cleaned it when it is empty, I just refill it.

I grew up in New Zealand and we called our three meals “breakfast, lunch and tea”! I still call it tea time for our main meal of the day. Living in Australia now we still call our meals much the same. Although we say “going out for dinner” at night time. Confusing?? 😄😄😄

I love your videos. I'm adding these recipes Ito my arsenal. I was wondering why you don't use a silpat ( silicon mat) instead of aluminium ( for your oven meals, not the BBQ meals), a lot less waste and one less thing to keep inventory on.
