Citrus Berry Smoothie
- One tablespoon of natural honey.
- 2 tablespoonful of fat free dry milk.
- One tablespoonful of toasted wheat germ.
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 0.5 cup of orange juice.
- 0.75 low fat yoghurt.
- One 0.25 cups berries.
- Add all the above ingredients in a blender then blend until it becomes smooth. Make two servings.
