    this absolute crap.
no way you can live on that.
sure…you can survive on it barely functioning but live? workout? study or work?
    no.
    >the meals arents filling. at all. you need to constantly drink warm tea or something to fill your belly…and even then, hunger strikes.

the only way for this 30 dolla a week to work is eat, sleep, wake up, eat, sleep etc etc

i dont think you can study on this crap.
no question, you cant workout or run on this crap, the calories arent enough.
if you are forced to keep a part time job on this diet, you are gonna be starving and miserable every day.

    i m a guy. it doesnt work.

Okay. This is unrealistic. Youโ€™re small af and obviously donโ€™t eat as much as someone that would be bigger than you. Or someone with a family with a different appetite than yours. Different lifestyles make require more food. Get real.

You're right you don't have to shop only organic. However, thin skinned veggies, fruits and legumes are best bought organic or at minimum responsibly grown (especially those that are also used for medicinal reasons, i.e., lemons, limes, garlic, onions, etc), since their skins are easily penetrated by environmental factors. Also, any time you use corn or corn based products, soy or soy based products you definitely want to buy organic. Why? Because corn and soy are literally greater than 98% GMO in the US. People who go vegetarian and vegan (I was vegetarian for 23 years & vegan for 4.5 of those years), who are not careful with GMOs can actually create an entirely different issue with their health by eating this way, since they are consuming large amounts of GMOs when solely eating this type of diet. Vegetarianism and Vegan can be healthy, IF you are informed. It's not like it was 30+ years ago. It's a different world. Please do your research and please read CREDIBLE studies on GMOs, and specifically on corn's effect on the endocrine system. Be Well Family and Stay Healthy!

Question on Beets: How do you get the 'dirt' taste out of them? I rinsed and rinsed, put a ton of salt and garlic and it still tasked like dirt when I removed the skin. Love your videos!

These look amazing. I wish I could meal prep like this but it's quite hard when you share one fridge with 5 other people! Can't wait to try them out individually though!

When you say "meal prep," do you mean that we can cook this stuff ahead for the week? Do you nuke things you cooked ahead of time or figure that it's already cooked plenty?
