Can I substitute rice flour with regular flour or besan or something else? Also can I make the batter earlier and refrigerate to cook in the morning?

Nice idea, I do something like this but just add all in the batter and instead of "white unhealthy bread" I use gluten free flour, at your age you can eat whatever, in mine I must be very careful with all I eat. And it is very, very tasty and today I ate it around 18:30 before I watched this.
