How many innocent, oxygen producing plants were murdered in the making of this video?

Love my meat and I never eat fruits or vegetables so I'd never become a vegan but I've been considering going vegan for a few days out of the week for health reasons. This video made me lose all hope. Every single recipe looks vile.

Without meat in these dishes what is the point of eating these meals? Not adding meat…. leaves out the key ingredient.

Just buy the jackfruit in a can from an Asian grocery store. Get the young/green kind canned in water (NOT brine or syrup)

For the mac n cheese recipe, can we replace the cashew nuts with ordinary nuts?

You know all the goodness that he/she did in this recipe was totally ruined by liquid bbq sauce…the sauces, dressings and dips will kill you every time

The mac and 'cheese' is delicious! I just made it for my family. Helps to add a bit of extra salt and some tomato paste : P I'm so glad this video exists though.

That shepherd's pie recipe looks amazing! I'm 3 days into a plant-based diet and I'm good to go but meal prep does take a bit more time than it used to. I'm sure I'll get the routine dialed in with some trial and error. Going forever without a good cheesy flavor was a concern – glad there are options.

    Hi,
I enjoy watching your channel. I was wondering if I can make a request?
On the Vegan videos, can you also make vegan soy free? Like is there a meat substitute besides tofu?

this is vegetairian and not vegan ( cheese is a product made out of milk ) witch is a animal product.
so don't intertwine vegan and vegetairian. ( food student ) so yea triggerd……
so let's keep things simple and say wat you mean.
and eating vegan from time to time is totally fine but u should keep some meat and fish in your diet because it is so mutch more then just protein and fat.
a good fat fish wil keep you healthy and wil bring u fat's and oils that you can directly procces unlike from meat.
so flexetairian might be a better solution.
plus there are a load of products were something from animals is used without any of u knowing.
so most of you who are actualy vegan are stil using part of animals because they are required for processing of surten things.
so you would need to study alot to actualy know wat u are doing as a vegan and or vegetairian.

Lol Tasty loves using a whole jackfruit. I find it much easier to just buy it canned. An entire jackfruit is daunting. 😳😳

I am a vegetarian and I know that some restaurants get really confused with what is vegetarian and what isn't (for instance, shrimp which I do not eat) and usually I come to rely on vegan foods outside my home, and I'm really liking them.
For anyone who is interested in become vegan or vegetarian, there are lots of good foods and while you may still want some bacon, I recommend vegetarian foods.
