    Mam meri age 23+ hai..mera weight 71 tha..Maine 1 month me 2 kg loss kiya.. Abhi 69 kg hai.. par Mam abhi 1.5 week se mera weight stuck ho geya..bilkul kam nehi ho raha..Mam mai kya karu ki weight loss hona firse chalu ho jaye?
