    I eat egg whites every morning with oatmeal mixed with bananas,pecans,honey oats and cranberries plus a cup of orange juice. Mm mm mm

    My favourite brekkie is to pan fry half an onion in butter, saute then add zahara spice, three finely sliced silver beets leaves including stems. When wilted I press spoon into beets to make two wells where I drop a couple of eggs which are each topped with a tablespoon of grated cheddar or feta. I place a clear pan lid over it and remove when wilted to devour. Love the contrasting flavours and texture.
