    How I’ve lost 20 kg’s

    Breakfast
    Oatmeal with banana and berries

    Lunch
    salmon salad
    baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, paprika, salmon, champignons, red onion + black pepper, sometimes carrot etc
    Just little bit of everything and it tastes so amazing

    (Snack)
    Small apple or banana

    And at evening I usually mix egg, babana, berries, oats etc healthy and put it to oven, yum!

    + 3 liter of water during a day

    I made a terrible mistake…
    I didn't use natural peanut butter cause it wasn't available on stores, I used Peter Pan instead… And 2 table spoon is 210 calories and I put like 4 tbsp.. The whole wheat bread I used was 182 calories and I used 1 bannana 80 calories.. It might be more than 4 tbsp….

    Just 1 thing to watch out for is the amount of berries used, in breakfast 1. That amount of berries would be equal to 1-2 servings of fruit. I’m not being critical, just pointing it out for others who may not be aware. Great video, it helped me with ideas👍🏻
