    This is just superb, I have been researching "paleo snacks at whole foods" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Diyarter Benaylee Cure – (just google it ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got amazing success with it.

    I was told no oils at all including olive oil reason why because of the oxidation use grass fed butter

    The name of the recipe had ‘oats’ in it, but not listed in the ingredients. Was it supposed to have oats?
