    Will I have to look for a low-protein milk to make the matcha chia pudding? 4:38
    I ask because I got a little confused when you said that we should only consume matcha with low-protein liquids because the protein destroys the benefits of matcha 7:18 .
    If this is the case, I wonder if high-protein solid ingredients should also be avoided when using matcha.

    7:18 How would drinks with a higher amount of protein destroy the benefits of matcha?
    What if matcha is combined with high protein solid ingredients? Will that cancel out some of the benefits of matcha?

    The recipes except the pancakes are high in calories but not filling enough to a make meal, they'll make you hungry quickly again.

    Hi Johanna..Very nice recipes..I will try them.I feel very hungry in the evening around 6.30-7.30 for some reason.I m ok for the whole day & don’t eat any snack but in the evening I starve.I take my meal around 4.00 pm with my family & some fruits at 6pm for the last time.Please help.
