    The serving of yogurt is too small. 25 grams of sugar, and 33 carbs for breakfast alone is too much. Greek yogurt provides better nutrition, especially protein which helps keep one full. Mix in a little maple or aquave syrup. Use vanilla extract. Small and cute does not equal healthy.

    there is no way someone could eat that little, especially not for breakfast when you should eat more food than for the other two meals. Only an anorexic person could eat these portions and feel well fed.

    I like the 2nd one, but I'd make an omelet of it. Spinach & mushroom w/2 egg whites, 1 yellow, topped with mozzarella or cheddar cheese ๐Ÿ™‚
