These are definitely going on my meal plan. I also am getting your 12 week healthy meal plan from your website. This is really helping me save time and as a RN and having a chronic disease, I don't either feel well or tired all the time and your site helps me plan and make healthy choices so thank you.

Hey Sarah I love your recipes and have cooked a lot of them too. I was just hoping that if you could show some vegetarian substitutes for meats as I have recently turned into a vegetarian and would still love to try these stir fry recipes.

I love stir fries so so much. My favorite is rice noodles with snap peas, carrots and red pepper (ofc you can use any veggies, but I feel like snap peas is very important here) with sauce: peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey and a little lemon juice. So yummy!

So did you make all three dishes one after the other or at different times but put those together?

Love all of these. Of course, while I may love something, I have to consider whether my son would eat it and I'm pleased to say that he would give all of these a thumbs up! 😊

I want to make these noodles tonight, can I use creamed honey ? It's the only one I have on hand. Or brown sugar ? If so how much should I use ?
