    I've just learned that broccoli is very acidic 😕 and I love broccoli. But, the recipe looks delicious.

    Hi, Joanna! I baked the salmon, zucchini, tomato, and lemon recipe before gym and ate afterwards. It was juicy and delicious. A big hit. My daughter loved the salmon. Will make again. Thanks!

    Thanks alot for this video Joanna! Could you do a video on the reasons for irregular periods and ways to avoid this problem? would love to know more about this and im sure many other ladies out there would need help with this 🙂

    HI Joanna. Love your videos. I am looking to loose a lot a weight and want to start strength training. Whole body weight training. I have access to multigym (this one exact – http://www.avonfitnessmachines.com/product/292/commercial-5-station-multi-gym(with-m.s.-steel-weight-stages)). I looked through all your videos and did not find any videos on using multigym machines. Please make a video on how to use these multigym machines for a full body strength training. Most women have these machines in their residential complexes. Will help women like us a lot. Thanks in advance.
