    I was having problems gaining weight in my mid section and I figured that it was because I enjoy eating. At one point I was eating fast food everyday so I tried to start cooking at home more. I tried to cook more healthier recipes but I noticed they were bland then I stumbled across this cook book https://goo.gl/fmQogq and it has changed my life!!! My food is healthier but it also tastes better. Whats better than eating healthy and losing weight but also being able to enjoy food?

    I made the chicken strips in quinoa and as we were eating them the quinoa kept falling off. Is there a trick to get it to stick?
