    Just so you know….. you are NOT suppose to heat or cook HEMP seeds as it causes them to lose most, if not ALL of their nutritional value. Same goes for HONEY. Cheers

    I love all your videos, your joyous smile, faith, and positive personality- so thank you for amazing content!
    I have dairy and gluten sensitivities, and maybe people catch my at overly sensitive moments, but I have a hard time dealing with negative and condescending/skeptical comments about how I choose to live a whole foods lifestyle. I've done a lot of research on all sides of the spectrum but people don't seem to care; my research or "what you [I] think you [I] know" doesn't matter to them. I guess I feel discouraged and unsure how to respond to something I am so passionate about in a respectful, informed manner. I wondered if something along these lines could be a video topic?

    Yummy breakfast Ideas! I love that brand of hemp hearts, I get mine at Costco:D I love adding them to my smoothies and oatmeal.

    Once again, great video! I haven't tried Hemp Hearts yet…been trying to find good sources of protein for the family to try. I am going to first try to make the waffles. I have used chia seeds and water to make an egg like substitute….does the ground flax seeds work better? Thanks and Take care.
