    Love this!!! What do recommend besides yogurt? My fiancé is heavy on ranch 😞 what do you recommend as a substitute? Also how long do we leaves these types of meals in the fridge for for meal prep? Thank you 💖💖💖

    I LOVE COLD LUNCHES BECAUSE THEY ARE PACKED WITH RAW VEGGIES, THAT HAVE NOT COOKED OUT ANY NUTRIENTS! 🙂

    For a more traditional Balkan/greek tsatsiki variation, mix walnuts, cucumber, garlic, oil, salt and dill into the greek yoghurt. Turn it into a cold soup by just adding equal amounts of water as yoghurt… or just enjoy as a sauce.
