I love all your recipes but majority of them involve some sort of carb and sugar!! Since I have been doing intermittent fasting and keto at the same time which means i can't consume carbs. However, I can consume a lot of protein and a little bit fat. Would you PLEASE introduce a recipe base on high protein including veggies and some healthy dressing? I would really appreciate it!!

P-p-p-please! There's nothing "Hawaiian-inspired" about pineapple and ham. Call it "Canadian-inspired" instead. For Hawaiian style, start with scrambled eggs and Portuguese sausage.

Awesome recipes! Could these be used for meal prep breakfast ideas? If so, how long could they be stored for?
