    You. An also do a furitake nori crust. It’s seaweed with sesame seeds and seasoning combined. Something you can get at the Asian store.

    All of these look tasty. One thing about fish: I find that I always have to check my salmon for bones and end up having to remove a few, even from the filets. Thanks for the salmon cake recipe; I was looking for a different one to try! I've made the lemon, garlic, butter bake before and it's delicious. As always, your recipes make me hungry and I keep coming back to try different recipes. Thank you for these healthy feasts!

    The citric acid can react with the aluminium foil. I would suggest using a normal baking pan because it is healthier and environment-friendly

    Not very healthy! You don't need to add butter or mayo to these recipes. Salmon has enough of fat itself
