That is a great idea! But only if you plan on recycling the disposable tray and foil. Otherwise is a lot of waste that will sadly just go in the landfill.

great idea, lovely dinner ! however I do not use any aluminum pans or foil as it is poisonous to humans and cause Alzheimer's disease. a nice stainless roasting pan will work for me with ceramic ramekins for the Yorkshire.

looks up cost of turkey breast steaks jesus, $20 a kg/$20 for two turkey breast steaks… a whole 3kg turkey is $22.
I think I'll just do a whole roast turkey.

This is the type of food that I'll be doing when I'm spending Sundays on campus and I can't have my family Sunday roast. And I don't have to buy extra cooking equipment with the disposable tray! <3

Will defiantly be doing this one for xmas this year , as it's just me and my hubby , and I don't want all the fuss and be on my feet long as I'm pregnant , and the last thing I want to be doing is cooking , cleaning and rushing about! we have a pork belly instead that I will crisp up and do the same as you with stuffing , YUMMY (Turkey is TOO expensive here in NZ and I've NEVER seen them like that here before .) Thanks for such an easy idea ! You've made my day so easy and stress free!
