Obviously, you need to freeze the fruit before you make these delicious smoothies. You can easily do these in batches. Some of the popular fruit that you can freeze are pineapples, mangoes, peach, apples, kiwi, peach, bananas.
A good way to do this is to freeze enough fruit for one serving and put them all together in one ziploc bag. This way, it’s very easy to prepare the smoothie.
