Veggies of your choice
(I used broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onions and turnips)
Salt and Paprika
Curry sauce ( Or Curry Powder + Coconut Milk)
Noodles ( I used Buck wheat Soba noodles)
Oil for cooking
Method: Saute veggies. Add Salt and Paprika. Boil noodles. Add in sauce into veggies. Mix Well. Cook until Veggies are almost done. Add noodles. Combine and stir together. Enjoy.
