To some of us breakfast can be troublesome. We barely have the time to wake up early in the morning and make something before leaving to work or school.
In this video we’ll show you what you can make the night before and enjoy it before you start your day. 🙂
PUMPKIN PIE OVERNIGHT OAT
1/2 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond milk
3-4 TBSP pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8th tsp. nutmeg
1/8th tsp. pumpkin spice
1 tbs. maple syrup or other sweeteners
chopped pecans, walnuts, or shredded coconut, to taste
1. In a a bowl, combine all ingredients, except chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Take it out in the morning.
3. Layer the oats with yogurt, top with whipped creak and chopped nuts.
