Poha or Kanda Poha or Flattened Rice is a popular Indian Breakfast recipe. There are so many variants of poha or flattened rice but today I made the Kanda(onions) Poha which is very easy and quick to make( I will be showing the other variants of Poha as well in the upcoming video recipes). It can also be enjoyed as an evening snack with hot chai or coffee!
For Kanda Poha or Flattened Rice; you’ll need:
1 tsp mustard seeds/rai
2 tsp oil
1 green chilli
Some peanuts( makes poha crispier)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 bowl of washed and drained poha or flattened rice
