1 small bowl of paste of soaked urad dal
1 fine chopped onion
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Heat Oil for deep fry in a pan
Fox mixture, put the paste of soaked urad dal in a big bowl
Add fine chopped onions and fine chopped curry leaves
Add salt as per taste and mix it well
Wet your hand.
Take a portion of the mixture in your hand.
Make a hole in the centre with your thumb.
Deep fry the vada till both sides turn golden brown in colour
Repeat with the remaining batter to make 7 more medu vadas
Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with fried coconut chutney and sambhar
